Claim Insights primarily provides Claim Data Analytics with a two-fold focus. Our first step is data analytics of existing claim data using powerful business intelligence tools that enable a company to seek answers that lie in the data. Queries can be developed that ask of the data what, how, and when to come up with answers. Combining all the sources of data into one repository provides some interesting and powerful data analysis. Secondly, Claim Insights provides Data Mining and Predictive Modeling of the data to seek the answers that don’t explicitly reside in the data. Through pattern and trend detection, predictive models can be developed that equip a client to strategically become an intentional claim manager of the claims under their control or direction.
