John brings more than 25 years of broad experience in the insurance industry. John has been involved in many facets of the industry, each with increasing levels of responsibility. He spent his last years in the corporate setting in senior level positions of national claim organizations and also ran a national claim TPA. Over the last 3 years John has been with a small consulting firm, much of his effort focused on cost containment endeavors for claim payers.
From his work within and with the industry, John realized there was typically plenty of data to properly and strategically manage the claim process, but the data was not always accessible because of the many sources from whence it came. As a consequence little business intelligence could be derived and therefore not often usable from a management perspective. Hence, Claim Insights was born.
His objective is to provide claim professionals with the tools to most effectively manage claim costs and shape their future.
John holds a degree in Theoretical Math and has his CPCU designation.Bob Mattison – Vice President, Sales and Marketing:
Bob is responsible for new business development. During his career spanning 25 years, 7 of those in the property and casualty arena, Bob has marketed business technology solutions that included Business Process Outsourcing and Third Party Administration offerings.
Before coming to Claim Insights, Bob headed marketing initiatives at Insurance Services and Solutions. Prior to that Bob marketed policy administration and claim applications for a national software provider and BPO solutions for the TPA Division of a Regional Property and Casualty Carrier in the Northeastern US.
